Additional Information

This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of €25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

The host was very good on communication. The pool is a good size. Everywhere was very clean an maintained. There was everything that we needed in the kitchen. The residential complex is very clean, quiet and is gated. It felt like home. Lovely view of Montana Roja.

A nice base for a four night break. The two bedrooms are comfortable and the pool area was great for the three of us to enjoy. On the whole the house is well equipped but in areas it’s a little tired. The kitchen units could do with a little work however, it’s a nice property and I would stay again.

2nd time still love the place.

Back again for a 2nd visit. Can't fault the place and will be back again soon. Perfect for a week in playa blanca, within walking distance to the central areas but far enough away for peace and quiet.

Our time at Villa Alexsandra was truly idyllic. The pool and its barbecue area offered splendid views and a wonderful space for relaxation. The proximity to Playa Blancas charming coastline and the nearby attractions like the Timanfaya National Park and the Playa Dorada Beach made our stay both serene and full of natural wonders.

The property was clean and tidy but severely lacked a few basics, like a salt and pepper mill more toilet paper, the towels are a bit worn and the bathroom doors need some attention as if you close them they are very difficult to open, you really need a car at this property as well to travel around easier and the bottom and sides of the pool needs a deep clean.

Villa Alexsandra provided a perfect sunny escape. The private pool and barbecue area were fantastic for leisurely afternoons.We loved it!

Perfect for what we needed.

Found the villa very easily, nicely equipped and very clean. Would definitely be willing to pay a bit more for some basics on arrival like handsoap , salt & pepper, tea towels . The area was overall very quiet but believe that is at the mercy of your neighbours if there is anyone in the villas adjacent etc. only €4 for a taxi to playa blanca although it's a short walking distance aswell. Definitely be back soon !

Villa with pool

Great stay in this villa in playa blanca. Villa was very nice and pool size was great. . Pool heating was not working when we arrived but was fixed within a couple of days. My criticism would be the kitchen was very sparse for utensils and they were very old. Also the double bed mattress was very old and uncomfortable. No covers for the plastic pool loungers either which made them uncomfortable to lie on. A shame as these small things that are easily fixable make quite a difference to you stay . Apart from that we had a a lovely stay and location was great.

Villa in quiet area

Overall the villa was reasonably well equipped for our needs. Plus points:Comfortable lounge outside table and chairssunbeds.Clean poolFridge good sizeHob and oven goodShower power and hot water excellent. Beds firmMaintenance issues:The upstairs showerhead bracket was loose and needed attention. The dishwasher didn't work well, the tablet did not disolve properly in the dispenser so hand washed instead.The pool cover was very worn (falling apart in places) in need of replacement.Adjoining villa held a party on Saturday starting at lunchtime and were so loud we couldn't enjoy the pool or sit outside. They were Spanish and we did not feel confident about asking them to be a bit quieter. Ended up going out for rest of day. Came bac k at 9:30pm and fortunately it had stopped. Glad it was not repeated.
