Olivia did such an amazing job with this place. This place was immaculate upon arrival. Olivia is very quick to respond, usually within minutes. 24 hours before my trip she provided check-in instructions. Please note that she only speaks Spanish. I also speak Spanish, so it was not a big deal for me. Also, this is an efficiency connected to the host's home. I traveled by myself to sit for the Bar Exam and did not mind the noise coming from their home. However, if you are not used to kids playing, this may not be the spot for you. It took me 15 minutes to travel to the convention center in the morning and about 40 minutes to return in the evening. The private entrance provides a mini patio which is nice to watch the planes take off. I had a fantastic stay all around and would stay again.

Everything we were looking for!

This listing was absolutely perfect. The price was unbeatable and such a short distance to everything we wanted to do in Florida. Only a 40 minute drive to Clearwater, and an 8 minute drive to the airport. Olivia was the sweetest woman ever, and I could tell how clean the listing was the second we got there. Definite nitro will be staying in the future!
