Top Lage in den Weinbergen und sehr ruhig gelegen

Wir wurden von Francesco vor Ort sehr herzlich empfangen und er hat uns das gesamte tolle Haus gezeigt. Das Haus ist top modern und mit allem Comfort ausgestattet, qualitativ hochstehend und sehr sauber. Super bequeme Betten und moderne Badezimmer mit genügend Abstellflächen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Geschirr, Gläser (auch "Poolgläser") und Kochutensilien sind genügend vorhanden. Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Weinkühler, Tiefkühler und zweitüriger Kühlschrank vorhanden. Grosszügiges Esszimmer und im Freien ebenfalls grosszügiger Esstisch mit bequemen Stühlen. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und die Liegen sind ebenfalls bequem. In Fussnähe gibt es ein kleines Restaurant und eine Enoteca. In 10 Autominuten ist man im Städtchen Nizza Monferrato und der Einkaufsmarkt Il Gigante ist ebenfalls in 10 Fahrminuten erreichbar. Ideale Ausgangslage für Ausflüge nach Alba, Asti, Alessandria, Barolo, La Morra.... Das Haus ist von Weinbergen umgeben und sehr ruhig. Alles top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Impeccable et magnifique

Superbe villa, impeccable, confortable, située sur un site exceptionnel avec une vue à couper le souffle sur les vignobles de Nizza Montferrato. Bien aménagée pour les 11 personnes que nous étions. Secteur paisible avec possibilité de se rendre à la marche au village, parfait pour le vélo. Communication facile et rapide avec l’hôte. Accueil apprécié. Je recommande cette villa sans hésitation et j’espère y retourner!! Merci Johan!

Why they chose this property

The house is situated on the hillside overlooking the vineyards of Barbera, Muscato etc. It´s just a fantastic scenery from wherever you look, may it be from the bedroom, living room or pool, it´s just there. It´s also many nice villages surrounding the area, with Nizza Monferrato just a few km away. Food, wine, beautiful sceneries, biking, golfing, swimming, relaxing, Alba, and Milano, everything you need on a vacation.

What makes this property unique

The Location, the view, the location and the view:-) It´s also a completely renovated house where we have kept the traditional Langhe sealings and old style of the house, and added a Scandinavian touch to the interior design. Comfortable beds with air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom in every bed room.
