Villa Marisa offers the possibility of an ideal holiday for a family or a small group of friends. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 adults, but also has an extra room in the attic with 2 more beds.
The villa is equipped with all modern comforts, all rooms are air conditioned and comfortable.
On the ground floor there is the living room with sitting area, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 single beds, two complete bathrooms with shower and a separate kitchen.On the first floor there is a small attic, equipped with windows and air conditioning, where there are two further beds, suitable for children considering the height of the roof.
The villa lends itself very well to being lived outside, given the presence of the large garden, the beautiful irregularly shaped swimming pool, the 2 large dining tables, one of which is in masonry placed under a large pergola, the wood-burning oven and barbecue, but above all for the beautiful view enjoyed by the house.

Villa Marisa offers the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Calabria. The renowned Santa Maria beach is about 900 m away.
This magnificent villa with swimming pool is located on the hill overlooking the entire bay of Santa Maria and Capo Vaticano.

The price includes: gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, wi-fi, air conditioning, clean linen after one week.


The price does not include the following extras to be paid at check-in in cash (if applicable):

- Final cleaning €180 (mandatory)
- Tourist tax (mandatory) €0.50 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and over)
- Extra cleaning for pets €50 pw (optional on request)
- Cot €50 pw including linen (optional on request)
- High chair €20 pw (optional on request)
- Extra late check-in, €30 from 7pm to 10pm, €60 from 10pm to midnight (mandatory if applicable)
