The house is located in a small and exclusive residence surrounded by green, in one of the most beautiful areas of Capo Vaticano. From the structure the sea is reachable on foot via a comfortable staircase made of concrete with handrail. the beach below is one of the most beautiful coves on the Cape Vatican, reachable from this private staircase or by sea, not from public access, which makes it even more exclusive.

Finished and furnished with care, Casa Basiluzzo has a large kitchen complete with every accessory with a living area, three bedrooms double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.

Outside the house has a covered veranda furnished with a sitting area and a comfortable table with chairs and a comfortable built-in barbecue only pertaining to the house.

The swimming pool, shared with the guests of the other villas, has a solarium furnished with sunbeds and deckchairs.
