PUERTA del MAR Family Home becomes your home from the moment you step into it. Just a few steps from Victoria Beach, rated as one of the best beaches in Europe, this home becomes the perfect place to spend the best days relaxing with all your loved ones.



It is very well located, close to kilometre-long beaches and the Puerta de Mar Hospital, on the first floor of a building with a lift.



The fully exterior housing consists of a comfortable living-dining room with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed where rest is guaranteed, bathroom equipped with hair dryer and a covered patio with a small toilet. The apartment is 90 m2 and has capacity for up to 4 people.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental agreement upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Dwellings for Tourist Purposes).



This apartment has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and can be opened with the mobile phone, so if you do the online check-in, you won't have to go through our office at all! If not, you will have to go through CALLE LÁZARO DOU, 2 CADIZ4RENTALS office.

Era la primera vez en esta zona y tenía dudas , pero ha sido un acierto. El apartamento y la ubicación. La luz blanco frío de las lámparas , quedaría más acogedor en blanco cálido. ( Soy un maníatico) Y luego 2 problemas en general de los apartamentos en Cádiz , el mal olor de los baños y se ve fatal la televisión
