Rent recent holiday, sleeps 10. 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms with shower and bath. 2 toilets. Large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, hood, convection oven and microwave). Excellent condition. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Large garden with terrace, barbecue, swing. House located in a dead end, safety for children, quiet housing estate on the edge of pine forest (all rooms have a view of the forest), close to the town including all shops (700 meters) and bike paths in the middle of the Landes pine. House located 9 km from the beach of Cap de l'Homy. Shuttle service to the beach in July and August from the town. Provision of bicycles of various sizes. Baby equipment possible. Bed linen and towels on demand.

Sehr großzügig geschnittenes und auch sehr umfänglich ausgestattetes, freistehendes Ferienhaus. Nette Begrüßung mit Wein und Pastete. Zweites, außen liegendes gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer war sehr praktisch, wenn man vom Strand zurück kam.Drei Fahrräder standen zur freien Verfügung.Nicht so gut und verbesserungswürdig:Das Ferienhaus war nicht komplett sauber übergeben worden. Im Bad hing eine Schalter-/Steckdosenkombination aus der Wand. Die Markise ist durch eine Windboe herunter gerissen worden und das Haustürschloss lies sich nur nach mehreren Versuchen auf- oder abschließen. Der Kühlgefrierschrank lies sich nicht regulieren (Dauerfrost).

Je suis désolée de lire ce commentaire. Pour la prise dans la salle de bains, elle a été arrachée par un locataire qui a tiré trop fort. Dès que nous nous en sommes rendu compte nous avons effectué la réparation. La maison est en général nettoyée à fond entre chaque locataire et je suis très étonnée de lire qu'elle ne vous semblait pas propre. Je le regrette. Pour ce qui concerne la toile de la terrasse, nous ne maitrisons pas l'intensité du vent et ramasser la toile et la remettre ne vous aurait pas pris plus de 5 minutes. Nous avons été très attristés de constater que vous l'avez laissée par terre.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. 15 Autominuten vom Strand entfernt. Es ist ein großes Grundstück mit Terasse, Grill und Trampolin und Schaukeln. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Sehr geeignet für Familien mit Kindern.

Je suis ravie que vous ayez apprécié la maison et que vous ayez passé un bon séjour. Par contre, je déplore l’état de saleté dans lequel nous avons retrouvé la maison. Il a fallu le double du temps prévu pour la remettre en état pour les futurs locataires. C’est vraiment dommage

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir haben hier schöne zwei Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Check-In war sehr unkompliziert. Es gibt einen wunderbaren, großen Garten der komplett umzäunt ist. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine sehr schöne Grillstelle mit beschattetem Sitzbereich. Hier befindet sich auch eines der zwei Bäder. Der Strand ist in wenigen Autominuten erreicht und auch Geschäfte sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Das Haus liegt ruhig am Waldrand und trotzdem ist das Ortszentrum in Gehentfernung.

Ausgezeichnete Basis für Familienurlaub

Man merkt dem Haus an, dass es keine professionell vermietete Immobilie ist, sondern privat vermietet wird. Das ist aber kein Nachteil. Vielmehr kommt man in einem Ferienhaus an, das genügend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für eine gesamte Familie bietet. Sowohl in den eigentlichen Räumen wie auch rund um das Haus gibt es viele Ecken, in denen man sich aufhalten und „verziehen“ kann. Der Garten ist rund ums Haus mit Gras bewachsen und hat einige Bäume, die Schatten spenden. Neben der „Sommerküche“ gibt es ein zweites Bad, das mit seiner zweiten Dusche insbesondere das Ankommen nach Strandgängen vereinfacht. Ergänzend gibt es auch eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Platz zum Handtuchtrocknen etc. Lit-et-Mixe selbst liegt etwas von der eigentlichen Atlantikküste zurückgesetzt. Der Strand ist aber leicht mit dem Fahrrad über gute Fahrradwege (9km), Auto oder im Juli/August dem öffentlichen und kostenlosen Strandbus zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es einen Super U, Bäcker, Restaurants und unterschiedliche Märkte. Sandrine als Vermieterin war immer für uns erreichbar und hat schnell reagiert. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Wer einen entspannten Urlaub in Südfrankreich am Atlantik verbringen will, ist hier genau richtig. Dieses Haus ist ideal für einen Familienurlaub in Frankreichs Südwesten.

Merveilleux

Maison tout confort, au calme et très bien située (proche de l'océan et des commerces) qui permet de passer un excellent séjour. La proximité immédiate de la forêt de pins et des pistes cyclables va beaucoup nous manquer. De nombreuses activités aux alentours pour toute la famille dans un environnement naturel et très bien préservé. Nous remercions la propriétaire de ce petit paradis pour son accueil.

Grande maison dans un lotissement au calme

Nous avons passés 2 nuitées dans cette grande maison très bien équipée. Nous remercions la propriétaire pour sa souplesse pour l horaire d arrivée et de départ. La maison est située proche d un bourg et à quelques km de la mer. La literie est agréable excepté le clic clac. En résumé je vous conseille la maison.

Maison très calme et pratique

Cette maison est très agreable, hyper propre,très bien équipée c'est simple, il y a TOUT, et surtout de grands placards ce qui est très pratique,les matelas sont très bons, la proprietaire avait dit vrai, les petits oiseaux sont là pour nous réveiller le matin , La proximité du bourg et son petit marché tous les jours hyper sympa. Quant à la plage elle est magnifique , vacances de rêve. maison à relouer sans hésitation.

Calme et fonctionnelle

La maison est calme et fonctionnelle. les chambres sont bien séparées des pièces à vivre, ce qui est très appréciable avec des enfants. Nous avons aussi pu profiter des vélos (merci beaucoup !) et la piste cyclable est vraiment juste à côté de la maison. le bourg est accessible à pied et il y a un petit marché tous les matins en été. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la cuisine d'été. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et accueillants. Bref, nous recommandons vivement cette location, notamment pour des familles (nous étions 2 familles avec enfants) !

Un paradis dans les Landes

Dans un cadre exceptionnel en lisière de la forêt des Landes,et très proche de l'océan ce lieu nous à permis de passer un moment idéal en famille et entre amis. La maison est spacieuse, équipée de tous le confort nécessaire (mieux qu' à la maison!!); nous avons pu profiter de sa grande terrasse avec barbecue géant, de la possibilité de balades en forêt, d'un village"GAULOIS LANDAIS " typique et doté de tous les commerces et services de proximités nécessaires. Nos surfeurs ont été bien servis pendant que nous avons bien fait la sieste sur le sable blanc. Profitez comme nous de cet endroit charmant et reposant.

Vacances merveilleuses

Maison très agréable, lumineuse, très bien entretenue avec le confort d'une maison chaleureuse, très bonne literie, tout y est et encore plus pour réussir des vacances en pleine nature et proche de l'océan. Plages sauvages idéales pour le surf, les balades en bord de mer, le centre de lit et mixe est adorable et on y trouve tout.
