Beautiful two bedroom apartment set on the fìground floor in a strategic area of the city, a short walk to Trevi Fountain and Fori Imperiali / Colosseum. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: kettle, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and induction hob. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with double bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with air conditioning, lift, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safety deposit box, washing machine, toiletries, Smart TV, and wifi. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. Please be informed that Monti Apartments is in a traffic restricted area (ZTL).
The ZTL is normally active from: Monday to Friday from 6.30 to 18.00 and Saturday from 14.00 to 18.00 (subject to changes).

You will see an electronic sign at the "entrance" of the ZTL reporting one of the 2 options:
ZTL ATTIVO = access by car is not allowed
ZTL NON ATTIVO = access by car is allowed

No need to worry about the ZTL if you are exiting the area. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 10 nights
