Winter Texans enjoy a Beautiful 3/2 close to Beach (December thru February)
Beautiful remodeled home in Rockport perfect for the Winter Texan to stay during the months of December, January and February. 3 Bedrooms with 2 baths and sleeper sofa. House is essentially brand new after remodel due to Hurricane Harvey. Located in the middle of Rockport, Texas on the island of Key Allegro. Close to restaurants, downtown, city amenities, local park/beach and of course world class fishing. Port Aransas beach only a 20 minutes drive and ferry ride away. Community pool right down the street. Key Allegro is a lovely and safe community perfect for relaxing, walking, bird watching, etc.
NOTE: This rental is for a minimum of 2 months, starting December 1, 2019 through the end of January 2020. House may also be rented for the month of February 2020. (NO SMOKING and NO PETS!)
