Situated in a residential area of Aviemore, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the thriving village with its abundance of excellent eateries, retail outlets, leisure amenities, regular festival/events and a supermarket. Aviemore, in heart of the Cairngorms National Park, is one of the most popular all year holiday locations in Scotland and the UK. With Scotland’s largest ski resort and a variety of outdoor activities available, it is the perfect place to embrace the great outdoors or unwind in unspoilt scenery.

The entire region is a haven for outdoor activities and adventure sports – and all set in what is arguably one of the most stunning backdrops anywhere in the UK. Hillwalkers and climbers in particular flock to the Cairngorms to sample an almost unending number of routes, climbs and challenges that sees them coming back to Aviemore year after year. For wildlife lovers, there is an abundance of wild animals from deer to pine martens, and, if you are lucky enough, even wildcats.
