In Istria in the small charming village of Cabrunici you will find the beatiful Villa Loreta . Thi s wonderful istrian villa has more than 140m2 divided on two floors and 3 bedrooms. This holiday home this can accommodate up to 6 persons.
On the ground floor are situated the kitchen a double bedroom, bathroom and dining area.
On the first floor there are a large terrace, living room, one double and one twin room with shower/bathroom. The private swimming pool has a hydro-massage area with multicolour lights and it is 30 m2 large. The garden area surrounding the swimming pool stretches to 1000m2 of nice green grass and it is equipped with deck chairs and parasol, made from natural materials. The garden is completely surrounded with hedge and natural rock fence. In the garden is also a barbecue area with dining table situated near a lovely entertainment house of 30m2 where you can enjoy some unforgettable moments with family and friends playing billiard, darts... The villa Loreta is completely air-conditioned and equipped with digital satellite TV, DVD
