Our immediate reaction when walking into the cottage was excellent, and as we continued to explore the rest of the cottage we were amazed at the space, decore and the faclities. And this impression did not really change. I do however have a couple of reservations. The door handle to the bathroom was very stiff from the start and eventually broke whilst I was in there. I had to climb out of the very narrow window, and at eighty years young was not easy. The sliding doors to the wet room did not close properly and there was no fastener, and the rear patio lights did not work. And the down pipe from the guttering at the rear was not secure, this did not affect us but might cause damage to your walls in time. I very much regrect making these complaints as on the whole our experience was 5 star and that is the rating that I would give it, as they are minor problems which I am sure you will fix. Once again, thank you for our 5 star experience.
