The Villa is located 15 kms from the city of Essaouira and Mogador airport.

It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with bar and fireplace, a living room with satellite TV, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with shutters, 4 bathrooms.

Linens, such as towels, pool, sheets, are provided.

The villa benefits from a high speed WIFI satellite network.

The basement is fully equipped with a hammam, a massage room, a games room with billiards and table football.

The land of about 1 hectare is landscaped with exotic plants, a playground for children, a pool area, a bowling alley, a Moorish garden with its pergola and fountains.

The infinity pool measures 11 x 5 m and is surrounded by a low wall for the safety of the little ones.

Outdoor lighting allows you to enjoy the garden at sunset.

The rental price includes the maintenance of the house by a housekeeper 6 days out of 7 (except Sundays) and outside by the caretaker.

Lovely Relaxing venue

We were at the villa for six nights in mid February. The pool was warm and well maintained. There were plenty and varied of places to sit in and around the property to take advantage of the sun and the cater for wet weather. A car is a must to make the most of your stay. Overall avery quiet and pleasant venue.

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets

We were a group of 12 (6 adjust and 6 kids), and there were spaces for everyone to enjoy. The outdoor terrace was beautiful as was the swimming pool. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor play area and the pool table. The home is beautiful at night with the whole outdoor area lighted. I would certainly recommend this property. One thing to note is the 5th bedroom, which has the double bed, is downstairs and has a sink and toilet that are accessed from outside. The house helpers do a great job taking care of the property.

Essaouira Villa

Fantastic country villa in need of some upgrading. Set in the countryside about 25 mins away from Essaouira and local amenities, Dar Harata is a stunning place to relax and unwind. There are a few issues with doors and windows that don't open or close and one of the bedrooms leaks onto the bed every time it rains but overall we would highly recommend a visit. Loubna is always available and happy to help with any small problem that may occur. The pool area and games rooms are a massive bonus to keep you entertained throughout your stay if the amazing views don't!

Super séjour !

Super séjour entre amis avec plusieurs enfants en bas âge dans cette très belle maison. Tout était très pratique et confortable avec les enfants dont la piscine protégée et plusieurs espaces très agréables (plusieurs belles terrasses, espaces de jeux, billard...). L'hôte et l'équipe sur place sont au top, gentils et très réactifs, réussissant à réunir 4 lits bébés en un temps record, merci encore ! Nous nous sommes aussi régalés des bons plats d'Hesna.

Merveilleux séjour dans une magnifique maison

La maison est magnifique tout est bien conçu pour rendre le séjour parfait. Loubna, la gérante,par sa gentillesse, efficacité et disponibilité apporte une réponse à tout de notre arrivée au départ. La cuisine d Hesna est absolument délicieuse et son sourire qui ne la quitte jamais est un vrai bonheur. Tout a été parfait et au delà même de notre attente. Nous quittons cette belle maison avec regret. Merci au propriétaire et à tous ceux qui nous ont si bien accueillis ici Nous gardons l’espoir de pouvoir revenir un jour

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. La maison est grande et bien agencée. Nos petits enfants et les "grands" ont apprécié les différentes activités, baby-foot, billard, pétanque sans oublier la piscine avec ses abords arborés et fleuris. Le personnel de maison est agréable et très discret. L'endroit est calme et reposant. Nous n'oublierons pas ces quelques jours trop courts à notre goût.

Séjour magnifique

villa exceptionnel avec de nombreux espaces , chambre avec salle de bain , piscine sécurisé et propre.nous avons bien été accueilli par Loubna la gérante.Badr et Fatima sont des personnes très serviables a l'écoute de tous nos désirs,merci pour tous . Juste je trouve que la pleine de de jeux pour être mieux aménagée. la ville est un peu loin pour les courses. Sinon la villa a tous pour que le séjour soit inoubliable.merci au propriétaire.

Large, comfortable, well equipped villa

We had a happy week's family holiday at Dar Hrata with 8 adults, one 4 year old and a toddler. The housekeeper, Nisa (who is also a masseuse) and the caretaker, Samir, were both most helpful, as was the agent, Loubna. We loved the swimming pool and used it every day. The play area was also used a lot. The table football and pool table would have been much used if our party had included older children or teenagers. However the website needs updating as there are only four ' proper' bedrooms on the main floor, with another one down stairs. However, there are more bath/shower rooms than advertised, which was a bonus. A few more chairs in the bedrooms would have been useful. The fixings for the shower heads need rearranging in all the bathrooms. Its quiet situation in the unspoilt Moroccan countryside is peaceful, but it is a 20 minute drive to the Carrefour supermarket, which is the only proper shop nearby. Overall, this was a lovely place for a family gathering.
