The apartment is located on the second floor with lift, of an ancient medieval building, with a very elegant entrance, overlooking a courtyard with a beautiful garden. the apartment opens onto a small corridor on the left is the fully furnished kitchen for cooking, equipped with oven, 4 burners, dishwasher. A room with a well-lit double bed, a small terrace where the washing machine is located and space for drying clothes. A room with a single bed and a French door overlooking the terrace. A living area with a sofa and two armchairs, a dining table with 4 chairs, the room has a window and a French window overlooking the terrace, the terrace is equipped with sunshades and has flowers in the planters, there are two chairs and you can have your meals on the parapet, made just for this use. the environment is truly magical, the terrace is also equipped with two lamps for the evening. The bathroom has a very comfortable shower and a window. The apartment has independent heating and also air conditioning. The second floor can be reached by lift. The apartment is located in a very elegant area of Florence, Via Tornabuoni is also called the living room of Florence, it is located a stone's throw from the Ponte Vecchio.

I can't say enough about this rental. The location is prime with just minutes to Ponte Vecchio. The apt is on a semi private street with good restaurants. At night you might hear singers or the hooves of horses passing by, nothing to loud. The apt was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with all you could need. Plenty of storage to put your clothes away and an efficient washer to do laundry. Plenty of drying racks to put out in the sun for your clothes to get done in one day. The bathroom had the soaps, TP, and plenty of towels to hold you over when you do the laundry. The place was clean and comfortable. Maria even had adapters for you. The blow dryer had a diffuser and the attachment to aim.It was one of the best places I've ever stayed out. Thank you Mila for checking us in and orienting us to the place and Maria for providing an excellent place.

Great Location

This property is literally in the middle of Florence. It’s an easy walk to all the main tourist locations. The accommodations met all our needs. Would definitely stay there again if we travel back to Florence.

The property was fantastic. Easy walk to the train and so close to the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi. Felt very safe to walk around at night on our own. Maria Pia was an excellent hostess.

Perfect location

The apartment was perfect for my wife and I. Kitchen was complete and we made several meals while we were there. After dark this is a very quiet and peaceful area. When we return this apartment is where we will want to stay again.

This is our 3rd stay in this apartment and it is the best location in Florence. It is well furnished, clean, comfortable and Maria Pia is a wonderful host. I highly recommend this apartment for 2-3 people.

Perfect home base in Florence

We had a seamless check in with Maria as well as prompt communications pre trip. Location is central yet on a quiet street for a restful sleep in the comfy beds. The kitchen has everything you may need. This is one of the nicest VRBOs I’ve stayed in and hope to stay again. Highly recommend!

This apartment is a real gem. It is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and has all the amenities you could need. The owner was responsive and accommodating to our every request. Perfect location great accommodations!

Five night stay in Florence to visit our daughter studying there - she came and stayed with us and it was perfect for 3 people! Great location - close to Ponte Vechio and everything else was within 10 minute walk. The apartment had everything we needed and the building was on a quiet street. Paul met us at check in and made sure we knew how to get into the building etc. The beds were comfortable and the shower was large and perfect. Thanks to the hosts for the fresh biscotti and cookies! What a nice touch!

Outstanding Apartment

My husband and I totally loved our 2 week stay at this property in Florence. The location was outstanding and the apartment was clean, nicely set up with everything you could need. Maria was wonderful to deal with and provided all kinds of information for us to refer to to maximize our experience in Florence. The street was very quiet and peaceful in the evening. We can't say enough good things about it. We also appreciated the air conditioning as it was extremely hot in Florence while we were there. Thanks Maria!

Fantastic stay in our home away from home

Great communication with the owner from the beginning! Very comfortable apartment! Felt like home with all we needed at our fingertips! The kitchen had everything necessary to prepare meals. Having a washing machine was a real plus! The clothes are rung dry enough to just hang them up to dry quickly. Lots of hangers in the many closets and drawers to put all our clothes and toiletries away. Fantastic location to walk to anywhere in the city center! Restaurants just outside our apartment building. Some confusion at the beginning because the owner was not there to meet us and the person she left in charge chose to have someone else meet us, who had a key that would not open the door. Finally the owner sent a friend with the correct key to open the door. After that we loved our stay! We felt like actual residents for our week in the beloved city of Florence.

Really enjoyed our stay here! It's a great location on a pretty quiet street, Just steps away from Piazza Santa Trinita, the Arno River, Pointe Vecchio and more. The building has a small lift for luggage which is a big plus. The apartment has lots of natural light, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Our greeter, Mila, was very sweet, helpful with suggestions for the area and very responsive with any questions. Highly recommend staying here! Grazie mille, Mila and Maria!
