The apartment is located in an elegant building 30 m from Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery and 50 m from Ponte Vecchio, in an exceptional position for visiting the entire historic center. The house consists of a large bedroom with a large double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, where an additional bed can be placed, the bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa. The furniture is functional and equipped with everything needed for the stay. The apartment is located on the fifth mezzanine floor, reachable by lift, it is very bright and quiet, because the windows overlook a panoramic but internal square. The location is very central and exiting the main door you are surrounded by the major monuments of Florence: Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio are just a few meters away, the Duomo, Santa Croce and Palazzo Pitti a few minutes away.

Basta: Stop scrolling. If you are visiting Firenze this is the best place to stay. The host was very gracious and the location cannot be beat. Guests walk right out the door to the Ponte Vecchio and all other must see locations like the Duomo,Effizzi Gallery, Academia are a few walking minutes away.Every feature of this beautiful apartment worked perfectly. This place was spacious and spotless.

Elisabetta is a wonderful host, greeting us warmly and ensuring we had everything we needed. The apartment is ideally located steps from the Ponta Vecchio, and a very short walk to the Duomo. This is our second time staying here, and we will return again in the future!

Our stay in this apartment was clearly one of the best experiences we have had with a VRBO apartment. We were delayed arriving in Florence, but Elisabetta and her husband stayed late into the evening to welcome us, give us a thorough orientation and tips for tackling the Florence sights and streets. The apartment was lovely - neat, tidy, with everything we needed. The location was PERFECT! We are active walkers and some days did 5-7 miles over rough Florence streets. The opportunity to get back to the apartment conveniently during the day for a rest stop was very helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment to travelers young and old.

Location location location!

A quick trip to a beautiful city we had never visited before. Elisabetta’s place is in the very heart of it all. Lots of shopping and dining right outside the door. But also very quiet and private inside the apartment. It was a perfect place for myself and adult son. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

A good apartment in a fantastic location.Here are a few thoughts which might be helpful to future visitors:1. Location - amazing. Walk out the door into the middle of everything. To the right for 2 minutes gets you to Ponte Vecchio; to the left, the Uffizi. There could not be a better location! 2. Hosts - good, responsive to questions and accommodating for early check in, but not particularly helpful (eg refused to assist in calling a taxi for a very early morning departure - which turned out to be easy to do).3. Noise - some prior reviews commented on noise. We were there the week before Easter and the area was bustling but the apartment was generally quiet. You can hear the Church bells commencing at 6am, and, at 6:30am, there is a very loud series of bangs and crashes as bottles from the night before are taken out by the restaurant below. Apart from that, apartment is quiet. I can't imagine that anywhere else could be so quiet with such a great location.4. Shower - the shower is truly tiny. I am 5 foot 7 inches and 160 pounds and barely fit. Definitely could not turn around comfortably. Not a huge deal but something to be aware of. 5. Other - WiFi works great; apartment is consistent with the photos (although the photos do make the place seem larger than it is); apartment has no view. Overall, a good place with a fantastic location.

A Month in Florence

We had a wonderful visit with our daughter who was studying in Florence. Our family visited over the month transitioning in and out of the flat and it was a smooth and easy process. Great location and Elisabetta was responsive, kind and easy to work with at all times. I would stay there again!

Comfortable stay, flexible host

Elisabetta was a wonderful host. She was kind enough to allow an early check in and later check out, which really helped our travel plans especially since we were traveling with a small child. Lovely Florence apartment

This apartment has everything you need to enjoy Florence! The location is great and everything is within a quick walk including shopping, grocery store, museums and sites of interest. Elisabetta is a wonderful host who meets you when you arrive. Very comfortable and quiet.
