Juliette's house with swimming pool and garden
The house is nestled in a peaceful dead end, next to the center of the village of Maussane. With its garden and swimming pool (3m x 3m), it offers a view of the Alpilles. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people (not suitable for young children)
This house of 90 M2 is perfect for rest and recharge. It is set on a hillside, close to the hiking trails and Manville Golf Course. Avignon TGV 30 minutes away

On the ground floor, access through the kitchen/dining room where you will find a 6-seater table, 2 benches and a kitchen equipped with a 3-burner induction hob, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee maker. Next, there is a vaulted stone lounge with a sofa and two armchairs, accessible by two steps from the kitchen. Please note that there is no TV
Upstairs, the rooms are air-conditioned, one is equipped with a double bed in 160 with bathroom opening onto the room with bathtub and basin unit, you will have access to the garden and stairs leading to the basin. The other is equipped with a double bed in 2 x 80, a bathroom opening onto the room with walk-in shower, vanity and closet.
Independent toilets
Outside, enjoy the covered terrace with a barbecue, a table and six chairs, accessible from the living room on the ground floor. Relax in the leisurely garden, accessible by a staircase to the side of the house or from the bedroom and cool off in the private pool open from may to october

They have 2 boys aged 10 and 12. The house in Maussane has been decorated by them and for them with great care, as it has been their haven of peace every summer for all these years of expatriation.
