We had a wonderful stay at this property and would absolutely book again! The home has been immaculately updated. Everything felt fresh, modern, and well cared for. You can tell the owners take real pride in maintaining it. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made such a difference after long days of exploring. We all slept like rocks every single night. The views into the valley were stunning. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautifully kept home in a gorgeous setting. Five stars!

Great view and beautifully appointed

A very warm and comfortable cottage in lovely Amberley. The two main bedroom windows face the southwest letting in lots of light. The well outfitted cooks kitchen was appreciated. And pleasant original artwork adorned the walls and shelves. The host was very responsive and attentive. Pricing value just fair, otherwise a lovely stay.

Best stay ever

We stayed 2 weeks at Katie's accommodation, without a doubt the best place I have ever stayed. Katie's cottage is absolutely charming, in an idyllic place, clean and with all kinds of details: kitchenware, soaps, moisturizing creams, air fresheners, etc... the layout of the house is perfect for a family, the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and with very good showers. The village of Amberley is beautiful , with a pub a 2 minute walk away and a perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds. Katie has been charming, always attentive and attentive, a super host, we will definitely return next year!

Absolutely gorgeous house! It was super cute and beautifully designed. We stayed for 4 nights and could’ve stayed a lot longer. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. We had one sunny afternoon where we sat on the front patio soaking up the stunning views and a few nights in front of the fire. It was perfect for our family of 5. Parking wasn’t a problem (short walk up a hill) and instructions etc were helpful. Location was fabulous and would highly recommend sundowners at the local pub. My children loved the common and waking up to find cows all over. A perfect stay for us. Thank you!! (ps - lovely little church cafe a short walk away that had a kids section, and the common with cattle and horses was such a hit with my young kids)

Ultimate Luxury in Zen Surroundings

One of the loveliest properties we’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect, unbroken views of glorious Woodchester Valley from every floor. Proximity to the antique stores and vintage stores of Stroud is perfect. Surreal Minchinhampton common on the doorstep. Lots of lovely scenic walks very close by. The house is very well-equipped so we could cook easily. It’s kindly pre-stocked with wine, milk, eggs, coffee, tea, spices, condiments, extra virgin olive oil, olives and home-made marmalade and only the good stuff too!! We felt pampered by the luxurious touches, bath and shower rooms filled with divine toiletries, floors covered with fluffy lambs wool fleeces. Extremely comfortable beds. The walls are tastefully covered with calming artworks sympathetic and complementary to landscape outside and the style of the property. I immediately felt very calm in this space, in fact I didn’t mind the terrible weather outside, was happy to stay inside and just watch. The Black Horse pub, perched on the edge of the valley with awesome views is a 5 min walk. It’s very friendly with great food and drinks. Many thanks to Katie for providing such a wonderful home from home. We will certainly return, I can’t wait!
