About this property

Superb apartment opposite the thermal baths

New apartment opposite the Thermes de Royat. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a convertible sofa bed with a 16 cm thick mattress, a dining room, a kitchen as well as a bathroom with separate toilet.
The apartment has recently been renovated, as has the building, which will make you feel at home.

Composed of two bedrooms and a real sofa bed with a mattress thickness of 16 cm, so everyone gets a good night's sleep.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a pyrolysis oven, a microwave, kettle, etc. Enough to prepare you some delicious meals!

The bathroom is equipped with a heated towel rail and a hairdryer which are at your disposal.

Everything is there to ensure that you have a great stay in our apartment!

It is located in the former Athena hotel on the 2nd floor

In addition, you have the possibility of accessing an indoor and outdoor spa-pool just in front of the apartment, the Royatonic spa, to give yourself a little moment of relaxation.

Logement spacieux et bien placé mais très décevant. Beaucoup de choses à revoir.

Peu de choses car : cage d'escalier glaciale, porte entrée non isolée, pas de porte manteaux/patères ou cintres à l'entrée, chaises instables (vis manquantes ou impossibles à resserrer), bord plastique chaise cassé/coupant, 1 seule ampoule plafond blafarde pièce principale, verre fêlé, set table sale (traces d'oeuf), tire-bouchon cassé, épluche légumes inutilisable, ni torchon ni essuie-main pour vaisselle, 30min remplissage réservoir WC, 2 rouleaux PQ (pour 6 !)... manque de place pour le reste

Globalement la prestation est satisfaisante! Un passage de la femme de ménage avant l'arrivée des locataires, aurait permis d'aérer, puis de mettre un peu de chauffage pour l'accueil. Que le propriétaire visite son local de temps à autres et se rende compte des points à réparer... Plinthe décollée, porte de placard impossible à ouvrir ou fermer; fenêtre qui coince..... C'est bien mais peut mieux faire...... Pour moi les commentaires sont un peu optimistes; je mettrai 7/10

Appartement correspondant à la description fournie. Logement très propre à l'exception de quelques couverts. Le règlement du séjour doit se faire directement au propriétaire. Le gérant a été très disponible et réactif.

We look forward to welcoming you soon. We have created a comfortable place close to the region's activities in the city center, less than 10 minutes by bus or car from Clermont-Ferrand.
The bus for the climb to Puy de Dôme stops in front of the apartment. Vulcania is less than 15 minutes away. The thermal baths are in front of the apartment as is the Royatonic complex with outdoor and indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam
