Located
just a few steps from the turquoise sea of Torre Castiglione, Villetta
Sapore di sale is a perfect vacation home for those who want a relaxing
vacation, to be lived in sarongs and flip-flops.
The cottage has a large outdoor area equipped to
spend time outdoors at any time of the day, with two verandas equipped
with table and chairs. At the back are an outdoor shower and brick barbecue, covered parking space and, on the terrace, a solarium with a sea view.
The entrance is into a spacious living room from whose glass window you can also see the nearby small beach. The kitchen is open plan. In the living room there are two single sofa beds.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms,
1 double and 1 triple. The bathroom is complete with shower stall and
washing machine. At the rear of the cottage is a second bathroom with
toilet and washbasin. There are ceiling fans in the living room and
rooms.

The Sapore di sale vacation villetta is located on the seafront on a sheltered little beach enclosed in a bay on the coast of Torre Castiglione, a locality very close to the more lively Torre Lapillo, where all the main services are present.
The
small beach in front of the small villa has crystal clear sea and
shallow water, is framed by low, accessible cliffs and is also perfect
for exploring the seabed by snorkeling.
Well-equipped establishments are just a few minutes` drive away
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 67 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
