Charm and comfort just a step from Las Canteras Located in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Little 38 is a charming 40 m² apartment situated on the first floor of a building with an elevator (please note there are two steps to access the building's entrance). It stands out for its unique and carefully curated Nashville-style decor and has a maximum capacity for 2 guests and a baby. Its excellent location on the central Calle Torres Quevedo allows you to enjoy a quiet getaway by the sea, as the street leads directly to the beautiful Las Canteras Beach. 1. Living Area (Living Room-Kitchen-Dining). A bright and spacious area designed for your total comfort:
Dining area located in the former balcony, now integrated into the living room. Its windows make it the ideal place to have breakfast or lunch with views of the lively Calle Torres Quevedo and Playa Chica. Fully equipped kitchen. Cozy living room equipped with a Smart TV.
2. Rest Area and Bathroom. Spaces designed for your total privacy and comfort:
1 main bedroom: Equipped with a 1.80 m double bed (it can be separated into 2 single beds, although the separation space left between them is very limited). 1 full private bathroom.
Amenities, Safety, and Details
Air conditioning throughout the accommodation and free fiber optic Wi-Fi. (Fan available upon request). Kitchen equipment: Fridge, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, and full kitchenware. (Portable oven available upon request). A special welcome pack is included (flowers, fresh fruit, mineral water, coffee, tea, and sugar). Washer-dryer, iron, and ironing board available. We provide full bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, toiletries, and a first aid kit. Crib/cot, high chair, and workspace (desk and chair) available upon request. Mid-stay cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels for stays longer than 7 nights. (It is the guests' responsibility to maintain cleanliness; the mid-stay cleaning we offer is a courtesy clean of up to 1 hour maximum, and under no circumstances is it a deep clean). Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.

Situated on Calle Torres Quevedo, a quiet pedestrian street in the vibrant Santa Catalina-Las Canteras neighborhood. Surrounded by historic buildings, local shops, cozy cafes, and restaurants with terraces, it offers a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere. The street leads directly to the beach, so you will be just a few steps away from the sand and the sea. The area also has excellent public transport connections. It is practically impossible to park on the street; the existing spots are paid and limited to a maximum of 2 hours. Therefore, we recommend using the nearby parking lots: the closest is Parking Tomás Miller, located just 210 meters from the accommodation, followed by Parking Las Canteras at 240 meters. If you are looking for more economical options, you have Parking Padre Cueto (550 meters away) and Parking Olof Palme (650 meters away), although they are a bit further away.

To guarantee maximum flexibility upon your arrival, we have a self-check-in system (initial access to the accommodation is via a web link). Once inside the apartment, you will find the physical keys to use for the rest of your stay. Detailed entry instructions will be sent on the morning of your arrival day.
