On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles (one en-suite) and 1 twin, as well as an additional bathroom and verandas with a view of the swimming pool. On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom and another bathroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The spacious living/dining room, with large comfortable sofas, offers a view of the pool. The villa also has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and television.



The exterior features a deck with a private pool, ideal for relaxing in the sun. A brick barbecue invites outdoor meals with family and friends. The well-maintained garden, with grassed areas and plants, provides a peaceful environment. The property is fully fenced, with a pedestrian gate and automatic entrance for parking.

The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
