Mountain house the Pruno
Relax with the whole family in this peaceful holiday rental. The villa is located in the heart of the Casentino region in Cetica, a small village between Arezzo and Florence, known for its culinary traditions. Ideal for mountain lovers and anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
The Space
The villa is spread over three floors.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a garage and a spacious, newly renovated basement, equipped with a kitchen featuring all appliances, a Valeriani wood-fired oven, and a barbecue; the area is perfect for family dinners, lunches, and pizza parties.
On the ground floor is the main living area, clearly divided into living and sleeping quarters with 3 bedrooms.
On the top floor, there is a spacious attic where we can add several extra beds upon request.
