The farm consists of a central house and five other buildings. The property features five hectares of garden, vineyard, olive and fruit trees. The farm produces high-quality olive oil, wine, vin santo, vinegar, fruit, jam and honey, which you can buy on-site. The house is situated at 600m above sea level, on the slopes of the Pratomagno mountain, which separates the valley of the Arno from the Casentino. The rustic house is located in a strategic position, 30 km from Florence and Arezzo, and 40 km from Siena. The house is about a five minute drive from Castelfranco di Sopra. It is the perfect place for those who are looking for peace and nature. There is an electric charging station for electric cars.

Follow directions for CASTELFRANCO di Sopra, from Castelfranco take for PIANDISCO. After 1 km (bridge at Mandri), before the bridge turn right for "PULICCIANO" (uphill and narrow road). In PULICCIANO take for BELVEDERE N° 1-5, along Via Del BELVEDERE: last 500 m white road, not asphalted. of unpaved road
