BRAND NEW BEACH RAMP!

Located in the desirable Maravilla low-rise, “Casa Blanca” is a newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps up to 7 guests, featuring stunning Gulf views and modern updates as of December 2022. The open-concept living area and kitchen create a spacious atmosphere, complemented by new furnishings, bedding, and decor. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, balcony access, and a TV, while the guest room has a queen bed, TV, and a furniture rack. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and Gulf views.

The fully equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, and blender, along with a full set of dishes and cookware. The dining area seats 7, and the unit includes a walk-in laundry room with a washer and dryer. Stay connected with free WiFi and enjoy three flat-screen TVs throughout.

Amenities include *seasonal beach service (umbrella and 2 chairs), two pools (one heated), a jacuzzi, tennis and pickleball courts, a gym, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, and a private beach. Multigenerational family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. We’ve stayed at Maravilla many times and love the location and amenities of the neighborhood. This specific condo was clean, comfortable and very nicely equipped. The owner was an excellent communicator as she updated us on things that were happening within the complex, such as power washing and gate repairs. We would definitely stay again.

Our host was amazing with communication!! The unit is beautiful and very clean. Me and my husband had everything we needed for the beach! The towels and chairs provided came in very handy! The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to make breakfast!! This unit is super close to elevators and so close to the beach. We loved our week and will plan on staying here again.

perfect location for us, our friends and the dog. great location across from the beach and easy access to favorite places to eat and shop. balcony was wonderful spot to enjoy the sunsets and people-watch. we are coming back for sure!

Very clean and perfectly located condo.

Our family stays at Maravilla every year. This was our first time staying closer to the pool but we absolutely loved it! Owner is very kind and easy to get ahold of if you have any questions. Unit was very clean! We will definitely stay here again. Location is perfect too!

Wonderful vacation

We absolutely loved our stay. This pet friendly community and condo provided one of the best vacation weeks we’ve had! The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The view is spectacular. Location is perfect! What a plus to have an umbrella and chairs waiting for us in the sand every day. Thank you for providing a fantastic place for our vacation!

I loved being able to see The waves on the shore while standing in the kitchen! The sunset view from the balcony (or the couch!) was spot on! Loved Meeting other pet owners and doggies on the property and everyone was considerate with their pets and cleaning up. Would definitely go back

Nice Stay

We are older and have never stayed by pool so it was a little noisy for us. My son and family was supposed to have gone with us but it didn’t work out but our grandchildren would have loved being by the pool. Marty the owner was great To communicate with, we love the oceanfront view. We had a very good time.

Beach visit

The condo was as described. Owner was helpful with questions we had upon arrival. The King bed in the master suite was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The resort is large thus their private beach area was very crowded. Having complimentary beach service is a real plus.

Awesome Vacation, Our Bulldog Loved it

We spent two wonderful weeks in this condo. We were able to see Dolphins swimming in the ocean from the Balcony. Our Bulldog loved sitting on the balcony and watching all of the people. He enjoyed walking the grounds, meeting other dogs. The condo is well equipped, the owner helpful, and the King Bed was very comfortable.

First time in Destin!

We definitely enjoyed our week long stay at Maravilla! Marti’s condo was just what we needed. Our friends stayed in the same building, different condos. The view from the balcony was perfect. Room sizes and bathrooms were great. We didn’t find them until the last day there, but there are additional beach chairs under the master bed. We will definitely consider coming back and would love to stay here again!

My crew was traveling to the area after a wedding to visit some friends. On the way, we received word that my mother in law’s sister was in the hospital. Marti was quick to respond and allowed us the cancel due to our emergency. Heart of Gold without a doubt. I can not recommend using this fine lady enough because I know she will take care of you.

However, we missed having the beach right in our backyard, so we decided to create our own dream beach vacation getaway. Having grown up in Florida, my husband introduced me to the beauty of Destin, where I instantly fell in love with the pristine white sandy beaches and the mesmerizing turquoise waters of the Gulf. The Crystal Beach/Miramar Beach area captivated us with its fantastic shopping, dining options, and family attractions. This marks our eleventh rental season and our sixth property, and we genuinely relish our homes away from home. Additionally, I manage Vrbo.com/2370403, a marvelous property in Crystal Beach that can accommodate parties of 8. It's a brand new property in a superb location just a few minutes from the beach.
