This rustic house, once part of an old agricultural estate, has been meticulously restored to maintain its original charm.<br> Guests often praise the authentic style, the comfortable interiors, the fireplace perfect for cool evenings, and the terrace overlooking the greenery, ideal for relaxing and breathing fresh air.<br> What is there to discover in the surrounding area?<br> 🌄 Trails and nature – PR3 GOI "Ceira Valley Trail" Just 2 minutes from the house, this circular trail is highly appreciated by nature and adventure lovers. It runs through natural landscapes, authentic forests and traditional paths used for generations. It is accessible, well signposted and perfect for those who want to explore the rural beauty of the mountains without going too far. It passes by the river beach.<br> 🏖️ Ponte Velha River Beach – Cabreira (1.6 km) Located about a 5-minute drive from the house, this river beach is a hidden gem amidst nature. With clear waters, natural shade, grassy areas, and a charming stone bridge, it's ideal for a refreshing swim or a family picnic. It's a favourite among our guests for its natural beauty and tranquility. Tips and places to visit:<br> 🏘️ Vila de Góis – a 20-minute drive (9 km) A picturesque village full of history, with old streets, a medieval bridge, and a good selection of cafes and restaurants.<br> Visit the Góis viewpoint and the riverside promenade; the Góis Museum of Art and Culture with exhibitions about the region and local traditions.<br><br> 🍽️ Traditional Restaurants: Don't miss out on trying the regional cuisine.
