Villa perfectly restored with respect to its original character. Situated in Loro Piceno, it lies within half an hour of both the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini mountain range and National Park. The house sleeps with 1 double room, 1 bunk bedroom and 2 bathrooms .There is a private swimming pool in the back of the house that is completely fenced .
The house has a garden with bbq and a large wooden veranda fully furnished with table , chairs and beach chairs.
There is a large living room with 3 sofa beds and 1 normal sofa with a big tv and a fireplace .

Before getting married I 've studied languages at high school and i've lived for 6 months in London because I love travel and meet people with different cultures .When I arrived the first time in Colmurano I felt peace and tranquillity inside me. The town is a small medioeval town , but really nice and I really would like to suggest to everybody living in big city to visit it. It is good for the health, because everybody here is calm and they do not feel the stress of the busy and crowded city. All around is nature, and the only sound you can hear is the birds' chirping,

Why they chose this property

The villa is located in a strategic position , 2 mins driving from the town of Loro Piceno ,15 mins walking, 20 mins driving from the Sibillini national Park and 30 mins to the coast .From the windows the Majestic Sibillini Mountains can be admired like a painting.

What makes this property unique

Lots of sports to do nearby and "dolce vita" in this corner of the earth. For those who love peace, tranquility, nature, animals but also to enjo with its position offers a lot to us and to our guests.Peace and tranquillity out of crowded and noisy city,where relaxing under the sun and in our lpool. No industries near the village but many many trees, this is the right place. For those who love the Typical Italian cooking, there are many typical restaurants next to us and many wine cellars.
