This charming villa is located on the west coast of Istria, 8 km from the town of Rovinj, one of the most developed tourist towns in Croatia. The villa itself is located in a picturesque location, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The huge property is completely fenced, and as such is ideal for families with children and pets. The outdoor part of the yard has a beautiful swimming pool, a covered veranda equipped with a summer kitchen, a charcoal grill, a spacious dining area and an attached outdoor toilet.
The house is a fully air-conditioned one-story house consisting of a cozy kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a separate bathroom. The private part consists of two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an attached bathroom. For those looking for outdoor activities, 4 bicycles are available to explore the nearby wine roads, farms and very quickly reach the nearby beach 10 minutes away.
