Welcome to 37 Bro Enddwyn, a delightful single-storey home from home nestled in the peaceful village of Dyffryn Ardudwy in North Wales.
Just a short drive away from a sandy beach, this pet-friendly bungalow is ideal for a family of six. An idea base to visit the historic Dyffryn Ardudwy Burial Chamber for panoramic views of Cardigan Bay, explore the hidden gem of Cors y Gedol or walk on the sandy Benar Beach.
The property has step free access, with a wheelchair-friendly ramp from the private driveway. Take it easy in the living room, with comfortable sofa seating, cosy fireplace, Smart Tv and Wifi included during your stay. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes all amenities needed for a delightful, self-catered stay including electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bright and airy conservatory is the perfect spot to enjoy meals together, or head outside into the private enclosed rear garden.
When sleep calls, choose between three well-presented bedrooms, including a super-king-size which has an adjustable profiling bed from Theraposture with orthopaedic mattresses, detachable cot sides and a quick release so it can be split for carers to access both sides easily. A further double and twin room complete the property, plus you’ll find a wheelchair-accessible shower room, with a seat and handrail.
Explore the town of Harlech for charming independent cafes and restaurants, where you can wander around the medieval castle, take in scenic mountain views from Harlech Beach. The nearby town of Barmouth, renowned for its picturesque Blue Flag beach, ideal for a refreshing swim. Enjoy excellent dining options and cosy pubs offering a delightful spot to savor a glass of wine with a view.
Please note when booking:
• Whilst the property does have wheelchair friendly access and has been designed to be accessible from the front door to the back garden with widened doors, wheel in wet room and hoist, not all the furniture and facilities are DDA compliant.
• The super king bedroom has an electric ceiling mounted track hoist, rated at up to 125kg.
• Benar Beach is wheelchair accessible to the high tide mark as it has a boardwalk from the car park.
• The property offers some specialised disability equipment, care must be taken with these whilst at the property.
• The sling for the hoist is not provided and guests will need to provide their own.
