Wir hatten letztes Jahr eine gute Zeit hier und haben deshalb wieder gebucht. Aber leider ist dieses Jahr ein echtes Drama. Das Haus wurde bei der Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Sämtlicher Müll, schmutzige Handtücher und Bettwäsche der Vormieter sind noch vorhanden. Uns wurde eine schlechte Alternative angeboten und wir beschlossen, alles selbst aufzuräumen und zu reinigen, damit wir nach der langen Reise schlafen gehen konnten. Am nächsten Tag wurden wir aus dem Pool gejagt, nach Angaben des Miteigentümers des Gebäudes dürfen Mieter es nicht mehr nutzen. Ich bin froh, dass Sie ein Haus mit Swimmingpool mieten, dessen Schlüssel Sie zwar haben, den Sie aber nicht betreten dürfen ☹️☹️ Belvilla wurde informiert, kann aber noch nichts unternehmen. Wenn Sie einen unbeschwerten Urlaub verbringen möchten, schauen Sie weiter…….

Wunderbare Adresse. Sauber und geräumig. Gute Betten und Duschen, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern. Schwimmbad auch ausgezeichnet. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche von zB Florenz und Siena. Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür (Achtung: Bustickets in der Pizzeria gegenüber dem Busbahnhof in Greve kaufen). Unser Restaurant-Tipp: Ristoro di Lamole. Toll!Während unseres Aufenthaltes war ein großer Ast eines (toten) Baumes am Pool gefallen. Jemand kam ordentlich mit; . am selben Morgen wurde der Baum entfernt Hinweis: Die in den Routenplaner Belvilla angegebene Adresse ist die Nummer 84. Should 86 sein , aber wenn Sie eingeben , Nr 86 in Google Maps, eine Stelle auf der anderen Seite der Straße. Der richtige Standort ist (von Norden kommend) links in die Teilstraße direkt vor der ENI-Tankstelle auf der linken Straßenseite. Wir haben eine Weile gebraucht, um es zu finden. Außerdem war laut den angegebenen Telefonnummern der örtliche Ansprechpartner telefonisch nicht zu erreichen (sind diese Nummern richtig?).
