6 person holiday home in Blokhus-By Traum

Luxurious, architect-designed cottage with whirlpool located in scenic surroundings on a high-lying natural plot only approx. 500 meters from the sea and beach at Blokhus. The house contains a family room in open connection with the kitchen, living room, four bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool and a guest toilet. The living room is spacious and furnished with a cozy corner and dining area. The furniture is in modern Danish cottage style with the main emphasis on design, quality, well-being and cosiness. From the living room and several of the rooms there is direct access to the terrace area. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The kitchen is equipped with i.a. American refrigerator with ice dispenser (180 l), ceramic hob and separate built-in oven with grill. For entertainment, there is a Nintendo Wii, Blu-ray player, internet (broadband) and TV with many Danish and international channels. For cheap heating there is air-to-water heat pump. The plot is a large, hilly natural plot with planting. On the terrace there is an outdoor shower. Please note that the house is located high. There are six steps from the driveway and up to the house. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
