Cottage with sea views located approx. 100 meters from the roaring North Sea with child-friendly beach. The cottage's activities with i.a. billiards, table tennis and air hockey provide ample opportunity for many hours of entertainment for both children and adults. The house is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen and is i.a. equipped with comfortable furniture, free internet, flat screen TV and Chromecast, where you have the opportunity to stream your own TV services. There is a wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. In the kitchen there are i.a. ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. Bathroom with bathing environment and shower. There is both an open and covered terrace with good garden furniture and a barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the North Sea. The area also offers a large common area with a large playground, football field and campfire, where you, among other things. can make puff pastry as well as marshmallows. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
