This charming holiday home is located on the small car-free island of Årø and was built in 2012 using high-quality materials. A highlight of the property is the spacious wood-fired sauna, perfect for wellness and relaxation after an active day outdoors. At the heart of the house is the bright open-plan kitchen and living area, featuring floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows that provide plenty of natural light and views over the large lawn and the beautiful nature surrounding the home. From here, you have direct access to the outdoor terraces, ideal for enjoying meals in the fresh air, soaking up the sun, or unwinding with family and friends. The holiday home offers four bedrooms in total, with two situated at each end of the house, providing both comfort and privacy. The outdoor areas include a lawn perfect for ball games, a swing for children, as well as four sun loungers and garden furniture for relaxing summer days. The nearest beach is only 400 m away, making it easy to take a swim or enjoy walks along the water. For guests traveling with electric cars, the property is equipped with a charging station featuring a 3-phase Type 2 connector, suitable for around 95% of all electric vehicles. Access to Årø is via the small ferry Magda 3, which can carry up to 12 passengers at a time. Please note that the ferry does not transport vehicles or large goods, making Årø a peaceful and car-free holiday destination. Please note: The property is not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
