This is an exceptionally well appointed three bedroom house in the Mijas Playa Club, right on the beach in the centre of La Cala. Located in a wonderful position, it has a south facing terrace and garden for all day sun.

The lounge / diner is spacious and the modern kitchen leads out to a barbecue terrace with bar area and pergola for shade. There are three bedrooms with 2 recently refurbished shower rooms. Upstairs is a roof terrace to enjoy balmy summer evenings or use as a winter sun trap.
