It has a separate exterior entrance that provides complete privacy from the rest of the house and opens onto the garden. It has two bedrooms: the first with a 135 cm bed and the second with two 90 cm beds. It features a fully equipped open-concept kitchen. There are two full bathrooms—the first is located in the master bedroom, and the second is at the beginning of the hallway leading to the bedrooms. An open-concept living-dining room with a TV, a dining table, and armchairs for four people, connected in an open-plan layout to the fully equipped kitchen. Just outside the apartment is a private porch with a garden table and chairs.

Outdoor areas on the property: The garden, vegetable garden, small playground, barbecue, and parking spaces are shared, community areas.

My name is María, and the main feature of my accommodation is the personalised service and detailed information on everything related to the house and the area where I live. My guests are typically families—with or without children—who want to spend a few relaxing days in a simple, natural setting, visiting new places and enjoying the cuisine and climate of the Rías Baixas. I live very close by and come by every day to maintain the gardens and facilities. I’m always available to help and advise you in any way I can, whenever needed, while always respecting your privacy. The house is governed by a set of rules that ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
It is a country house, fully fenced, in a rural setting, surrounded by villas and single-family homes; the nearest town is 900 m away and offers all amenities: banks, bars, supermarkets, a pharmacy, small shops, a petrol station, etc. The nearest beach is La Lanzada Beach, 2,400 m away (a 5-minute drive)—two kilometres of fine sand, a Blue Flag beach, with ample parking. Good access to the Salnés AG-4.1 motorway (5 km away) and the A-9 highway (10 km away).
When I welcome guests, I provide them with information, brochures, and maps of all the places they can visit in the area. On this website, I’ll share some information with you because I think it’s a good idea for you to start getting to know the area.
Within a radius of approximately 6 or 8 km are the towns of Sanxenxo, Portonovo, El Grove, La Toja, San Vicente del Mar, and Cambados. Vigo and Santiago de Compostela are 80 km away via the highway, and the border with Portugal is 100 km away. Along the coast, you can visit the Cies, Ons, and Arosa islands.
