FRANTOIO is a romantic apartment located inside an antique farmhouse with a grand private terrace overlooking the town of Lucca.



It is part of a large wine estate of a unique charm and the surroundings also gather other wineries where it is possible to arrange wine tastings.

COMPOSITION: a fully equipped kitchen, a grand living/dining room with a fireplace, a master bedroom and a bathroom with a built-in shower.

The apartment has a very reliable WIFI connection, a satellite tv and a private parking.

Awesome view and veranda! Andrea was wonderful with the check in and explaining everything about the home. Very quiet, up in the mountain over looking Lucca. Very comfortable bed. Very peaceful stay.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it was just as beautiful as the last time. We love spending a few days secluded from the hustle and bustle of day to day life, and we love the option of cooking for ourselves and eating on the beautiful balcony.

A wonderful base for exploring Tuscany. Easy and quick drive to Lucca and beyond! The terrace is wonderful and makes the apartment so special. The view is truly amazing! We felt truly looked after and loved the wine tasting!

The perfect place to stay in Lucca

A wonderful, stylish appartment with a very, very special terrace. We spent hours there and it's truly as beautiful as it looks. We highly recommend the wine tasting which is done by a member of the family (incase Franci who was brilliant). The appartment is very clean and you'll have everything you need.

It really was the perfect vacation!

We had an amazing week in this beautiful house. It is so beautiful that it is hard to leave it to discover the city’s and area around. The terrace is fantastic! You have a great view over Tuscany and can enjoy the sun and the shade all day! Andrea was a Perfect Host and we did a wine tasting at their farm. And good food is all around!

We had a very pleasant stay in Tofori, although the weather was not so good as we expected we enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice . Surrounded by olivetrees and wineyards.with a fantastic look from the terras.

Thanks for a wonderful stay

Sadly our trip was cut short due to covid regulations changing in the uk, so our week long break became just two days, but they were two very wonderful days! The villa is absolutely gorgeous with a terrace looking out across the most gorgeous views. Our hosts organised for a local wine tasting for us which was incredible and a memory we will always treasure. We hope to return next year when travel will hopefully be less disrupted.

We loved it!!

Cosy, old house. Lovely terrace. We ate most of the time outside. Fireworks in Lucca could we enjoy from the house. We loved cooking in the kitchen after a day out. Car is necessary. We didn’t met Sidrak, but Andrea and mrs Catherine were very polite and nice and reachable if necessary. A beautiful place

Insgesamt ein toller Besuch in der Toskana

Wir waren zu zweit fünf Tage im Appartement. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Nutzung des Pools war auch toll. Dieser steht etwas entfernt auf dem Familienanwesen. Wir hatten Glück und waren alleine im Pool, dieser kann auch von anderen Gästen genutzt werden. Auf dem Anwesen haben wir auch die Weinprobe mitgemacht. In tollem Ambiente bei tollem Essen die Weine des Familienunternehmens kosten war toll! Nach Lucca sind es mit dem Auto ca 30 min. Gut zu erreichen. Nach Florenz sind wir mit dem Zug.
