To your left, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen, a culinary haven where you can craft delicious meals to share with loved ones. To your right, a cozy living space awaits, featuring a large television, a sumptuous couch, and a charming fireplace. This is the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a movie night, or simply bask in the warm glow of the fire.

On the ground floor, you'll also find a convenient guest WC, offering additional comfort and privacy for your stay. A marble staircase gracefully leads you to the first floor, where you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom boasts a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, ensuring a luxurious retreat. The other two bedrooms feature two single beds each, providing comfortable accommodation for your fellow travelers. The main bathroom on this floor features a bathtub, allowing you to indulge in soothing baths during your stay.

One of the villa's highlights is the sunroom, a delightful space offering breathtaking views of the village and the surrounding mountains. Furnished with comfortable sofas, it's the perfect spot for relaxation, contemplation, or a good book with a view.

From the living room, you can access a terrace with an outdoor seating area, where you can savor your morning coffee or dine under the open sky. Steps lead you down to the private pool, fringed by sunbeds, creating an oasis of serenity for sunbathing and leisurely dips in the pool. All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
