Premium Stone Villa with Private Pool and Breathtaking Views
Villa Alexandros was built with natural stone in harmony with wooden window frames, shutters and doors, giving it a natural country appearance, yet all modern conveniences are included. The Villa is situated on a large plot of land around 500M², featuring green mountain scenery that grace the view from all angles. Several Wineries operate within the vicinity and the air is much fresher than in Paphos on sea level. The Villa is spacious and airy throughout with high ceilings, fans in all rooms, AC in bedrooms and a handy utility area downstairs to prepare poolside drinks. The Swimming Pool is sizeable. Gardens are tendered and extensive with a quaint secret garden area. There are several toys and facilities for young children to play with compliments of the owners. The area is located on a nature trail and close enough to discover the attractions of Paphos as well as Polis, the wonderful beaches of the West and the Mountains of Troodos in addition to Paphos forest. Other facilities include Satellite TV (English channels) & WiFi.

We Live in Dubai and run our own company and like most people we have very busy lives so we escape to Villa Alexandros at every opportunity.
Why they chose this property
We came across the village by chance on a sight seeing day out in the area. At that time I was pregnant with my son (Alex) Seen the FOR SALE sign and called the seller, it was a lengthy negotiation but well worth it. We adore Villa Alexandros, and the views are simply breathtaking.
