This is an average property in a good location near the Rome Termini station. The airconditioner was leaking on the second bedroom bed, but was promptly fixed along with the water in the kitchen sink that had no pressure. The owner was responsive up to when he was paid the daily city tax. There was the smell of urine in the bathroom that would not go away. Owner was notified 2 times. Chose not to respond the whole time. Photos online did not match the apartment! Carpet was filthy. Liked that the windows could be opened, was fairly quiet, the beds were comfortable and clean, there was a table outside to sit and eat. Liked the stove for cooking, and full size refridgerator, and walking distance to supermarket, and Rome Termini. Disliked lack of cleanliness.

Tout c’est très bien passé. L’apartment est bien aménagé et proche de la station Termini. Tout les cites principaux sont accessibles à pied. L’équipe de iFlat est très professionnelle et sympa.
