Lovely 3 bed family house in Battersea

This superb Victorian terraced cottage is nestled on a quiet tree-lined street within the Shaftesbury Park Conservation area in popular Battersea. This beautiful family house was renovated in 2023 and offers a perfect blend of period charm and modern amenities. Ideal for families and slightly longer stays, this is your home away from home.

The house offers nearly 1200 square feet, across three double bedrooms, two reception rooms, a fully fitted eat-in kitchen with large dining table, as well as a generous south facing garden. There are period features throughout, including crown moulding and a beautiful fireplace, which create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Within a 10-minute walk of busy Clapham Junction, it makes for a quick and straightforward journey into various tourist spots or offices within London.

The Space:
The house features three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entrance provides a large front closet, big enough to house suitcases and strollers, as well as any coats and boots. There are several large umbrellas on loan, should you encounter London’s legendary rain. There is a double reception room, including a dedicated workspace and comfortable lounge, with an integrated HD Smart TV, electric faux wood burner in the beautiful marble fireplace and herringbone parquet floors throughout. The large eat-in kitchen is bathed in light from the conservatory windows and doors which open to the large south facing garden. It features a wooden table to seat 6, along with a highchair.

Upstairs, you’ll find three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the top of the stairs there is a large family bathroom, with floor to ceiling tile, under floor heating and a clawfoot tub. The bathroom also has a top-of-the-line Miele washer and dryer. Down the hall you’ll two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with two single beds, which can be stacked if not needed. The master bedroom is in the loft and includes an ensuite shower and toilet. A cot can also be provided in any of three bedrooms.

Outdoor Space:
Step outside to our large back garden, where you can relax with a barbecue, enjoy meals at the spacious table, or watch your children play in the sandbox and playhouse. Battersea Park, with its numerous outdoor activities, is just a stone's throw away.
