This inviting villa features:

• Six Luxurious Bedrooms: Each with a comfortable double bed and a private en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for up to 12 guests.
• Spacious Living Areas: Relax and unwind in the large living and dining area, complete with a cozy fireplace and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday.
• Private Pool Oasis: Enjoy the expansive pool terrace with ample space for everyone, 12 sun loungers and sun shades. Take a refreshing dip in the large pool, complete with a child-safe shallow end, and soak up the sun on the terrace.
• Modern Amenities: Stay cool and comfortable with air conditioning in every room, and stay connected with free Wi-Fi throughout the villa.

Guest Access

We'll meet you at check-in to give you a tour and answer any questions. We're available 24/7 via messaging for your convenience. Your stay includes final cleaning, bath towels, bed linens, WiFi, satellite TV, electricity, gas, water, and private parking.

Sa Sinia is conveniently located near the charming town of Petra, where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. The stunning Son Serra de Marina beach is just a 20-minute drive away, offering miles of natural sand and shallow waters perfect for swimming and relaxation.

Interaction

To guarantee compliance with current regulations on public safety, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, which may ask tourists for the image of their identity card and/or selfie. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. To this end, the necessary measures will be taken to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

This villa is situated along one of Mallorca's most scenic cycling routes and offers secure bike storage for cyclists. For larger groups, consider renting Sa Sinia alongside our neighboring villas, "Son Capellet" and/or "Son March." These villas offer complete privacy while sharing a joint tennis and volleyball court, perfect for active guests.
