London apartment

Location great but on busy commercial street. Penthouse had lots of light but also lots of noise. Sirens in street all night long. Light sleepers will get no sleep here. Manager fixed clogged shower drain quickly on a Sunday. Hall bath roomy. Ants in kitchen and sitting room. Elevator worked good but smelled musty. Single laundry machine that seemed to have no dryer function that we could figure out.

The pictures were somewhat deceiving and made the property appear nicer and more spacious than it was in person. We were told check-in was at 3:00 PM, but when we arrived around 3:30 PM, our room was still being cleaned and was not ready.That said, we did appreciate being able to drop off our luggage before check-in so we didn't have to carry it around the city while sightseeing. The staff was accommodating in that regard, which made exploring the area much easier.
