Bright, Spacious Two-Bedroom Apartment in Paddington!

This is a terrific apartment in the heart of Paddington, London just a few minutes walk from Paddington Railway Station (where the Heathrow Express arrives), Edgware Road, Hyde Park etc.

The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a corner building on an attractive, quiet block. Spread over two floors, it has a spacious, bright living room, a large, eat-in kitchen and two bedrooms on the top floor, a master bedroom and smaller bedroom. It's above a commercial premises, so there's no residential neighbors to disturb below or above! In the master bedroom there is a King-size bed and mattress from the store Loaf, and in the smaller bedrooms a queen size bed, and there is both a high quality airbed also available. Both beds have 400-thread count sheets from John Lewis! There is both a washer and dryer and wi-fi. The apartment was renovated a few years ago; both the kitchen and bathroom were completely refreshed and a new carpet was laid down.

All the amenities are extreme close: three grocery stores (Waitrose, Tesco's Paddington, Marks and Spencer's food hall) are literally around the corner; Paddington and Edgware Rd. Tube stops are a couple minutes walk; Hyde Park is 10 minutes walk; and the area has numerous restaurants of all kinds nearby. My favourite local places are the Middle Eastern restaurants on Edgware Rd. and the Bondi Green next to the canal, which is a great pedestrian walk through different parts of London. There are also numerous pubs in the area!

The apartment is privately owned by me, but is professionally managed by our Polish housekeeper Gosia. She ensures the apartment is immaculate before each rental and any issues during a guest's stay are resolved.

The flat is a great base for a visit to London. Because of the light and space, it's really nice to spend time in, but it's location also couldn't be more central. It's an especially good flat for families, because of its size.

Spacious and very week situated

This lovely two-level flat is less than a 10 min walk from Paddington and less than 5 min from Edgware Tube station. Several grocery stores and supermarkets all within less than 10 min walk. The flat itself is large and bright and fully equipped including a much appreciated washer/dryer set for our long stay. Loved it and hope we can come back again soon.

Comfortable quarters in convenient neighborhood

This apartment worked so nicely for our family of six. Having a king sized bed and air mattress in the largest bedroom was helpful. The shower was also great, and has a bath, which was convenient to bathe youngsters. The apartment is very bright with many windows. It's located in a super convenient area, easy to get to from Heathrow and to anywhere a tourist may want to travel. We so appreciated the housekeeper's availability to drop off our bags early so we could explore before checking in.

One week in London

The apartment was easy to find and within walking distance of the Heathrow Express. It was lovely and clean. We had only a few days and had a lot we wanted to see in London. The apartment was a great base. We went out every day and it was good to come home to.

Fantastic Apartment in Great Location

This was a wonderful home during our quick family trip to London. Spacious, well equipped, and in a great location. Just as advertised and worked great for two adults and two young kids (under 6yr). Easy to around town, plenty of options in the neighborhood, and really comfortable and convenient. Just what we were looking for.

Beautiful period apartment in an excellent location

A lovely apartment situated over 2 floors. A little quirky with period features which we loved. Great location to pop to the supermarket or grab a take away. Very easy access to the tube and quick to get into central London for sight seeing! I couldn't recommend enough.

Great apartment near Paddington Station

We’re a family of 5 and this apartment was absolutely perfect for us! So close to Paddington Station which made it very easy to take the Heathrow express direct fromThe airport. We booked those tickets well in advance and it was only 20 since the kids were free. There is also Edgware road station even closer to the apartment which made getting to St. Pancreas for a 7am train very easy. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet, tons of great restaurants and grocery stores near by. Communion with the owner and the housekeeper was a breeze and they let us dropOur bags early which was a godsend! We loved this apartment and would stay here again if we get the chance to come back to London!

Centrally located

Communications were prompt and respectful, accurate property description and very centrally located. One thing we would suggest is to put some rubber tub decals in the bottom of the tub so prevent slipping. The key box was a bit finicky. Other than those two minor comment, we had a very pleasant stay!

Apartment in Paddington

The Apartment was just perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable with all necessary amenities. The apartment is very spacious - very large main bedroom with ample room for a blow up bed if needed. The downstairs living areas are light & also have plenty of room. Very responsive host. Great location with plenty of eating options in the local area. Ten minute walk to Hyde Park. Highly recommend this apartment.

Adorable and clean flat

This flat was clean and adorable, we loved being there. The kitchen was well stocked with enough cookware for us to eat in a few times. Our preschoolers slept on the blow up mattress in the main bedroom. Not sure how an adult would feel about it. The bedding is comfortable with the exception of the pillows, which were too flat. All in all, would recommend!

This was a lovely two-bedroom apartment/flat with a more-than-adequate kitchen. Having the laundry machines was terrific. The owner was very good to work with. The location is authentic, lively London; not overly touristy. Edgeware Rd tube stops are close, as are two M&Ses for groceries. If you have a bit of mobility issues due to age or what-have-you, the stairs might be a bit too steep and awkward.

We just recently stayed at this flat and really enjoyed it. Jasper was wonderful to work with. Quick communication and answers to questions we had prior to our arrival. Location is very convenient and worked well for what we were looking for. Close walk to Paddington station and Edgware Road tube station. Bus stops right around the corner as well. I run early in the morning and felt very safe being out. Close to Hyde park for running, bike rides and walking. We were allowed access early to allow us to drop off our luggage. Everything you would need for your stay is provided. Washer and Dryer in the flat was a huge bonus as well. Close to grocery stores and shopping. We will definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend!

The flat is exactly as advertised-bright and spacious, very welcoming and comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are upstairs, and it was nice for early risers to be able to make coffee without worrying about waking late sleepers.

The space here was wonderful for my husband, my 10 year old, and me. The apartment is easy to get to from public transportation and is as light and bright as advertised. The neighborhood has many grocery stores and pubs/restaurants nearby and felt perfectly safe. Because of all of the activity nearby, though, it was somewhat noisy at night. Nothing fans didn't drown out for the most part - but something to note if that's a concern for you. Owner was wonderful and very responsive to us. Thanks for a great stay!

Family trip

We came for the music festival in Hyde Park. The location was perfect - walking distance to the park, the underground, groceries, and restaurants. It was very hot when we were there (30 degrees). Opening windows at night and early in the day helped cool the place down.

A little disappointing

Location was good with regards to access to local transportation...underground stations and Heathrow Express. Steps were an issue and somewhat dangerous to navigate. Difficult with luggage...steep and winding. Location over a laundromat created noise of people talking outside and garbage pickup outside apartment was loud.

Great Location & Great Amenities

This property is super handy for a stay in London. There are three Tube stations in walking distance, the wifi is great, the linens are good quality, and the kitchen is well set up for cooking at home. My favorite aspect of this apartment was the washer and dryer! Our Paddington stay was a great way to end our tour of the UK.
