Overall, this was a nice stay for a good price. The apartment is in a fantastic location right next to a market and a few minutes from the Colosseum and restaurants. Very walkable! We did notify the managing co of a few issues we had, so most aren't part of my ratings. For reference, here are some pros/cons.Pros:- location as a starting point for walking to explore Rome- seemed safe enough, even later at night- daytime attendant on ground floor was a nice surprise- an elevator to get to the apartment, although limited stairs were fine to walk up- good market right next door open until about 10 pm- very responsive "host"/management, and friendly rep for check-inCons:- no shelving in bathrooms made it hard to get ready- shower stalls had a lot of soap scum that showed up with the water on, need bleach and a scrub- need additional pillows for beds- noise (not tied to the apartment or its comfort): someone was washing the stairs at midnight one night of our stay, kids gathered on the steps Sunday night- loose outlet covers, especially in living roomThis was a last-minute find and I would definitely consider it again, especially if some of our reported feedback is addressed!
