The apartment is situated within the Country Village, an exclusive residential complex on the outskirts of Stintino, set on a picturesque promontory overlooking the sea (Punta Su Torrione) at the northernmost point of the Gulf of Asinara, providing a splendid view.

The complex features a large shopping center with a supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, a grill house, snack bars, an ice cream parlor, shops selling local products, a gym, beauty and massage center, pools for adults and children, excursion and diving agencies.
