Completely renovated by the owners this year, the apartment is accessed via three flights of stairs in a small building with only 3 residential units.
The terrace offers the guest a warm and pleasant overview of the Umbrian hills, an enchanting open view of the Tiber river valley, with glimpses that will accompany your pleasant holiday moments in Umbria.
The terrace is very large, approximately 50 m2.
