This unique New York-style apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 200-year-old converted mill. There are 3 flights of stairs to consider but the rustic feel to the building gives it that original loft-style NY apartment feel which is worth the climb.

As this is a 200-year-old mill conversion there is no lift and the apartment is on the 3rd floor so be prepared to travel light as you will need to use the stairs.

Guest access
You can walk anywhere in the city from this apartment so we would recommend leaving the car at home however there are some reasonable parking options in the area so it won't cost you more to park than to buy a drink.

Other things to note
Despite being in the heart of Ancoats the Apartment is on a quiet back street so you won't hear much noise especially in the bedrooms.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Take your rubbish to the ground floor and step onto the street. There's a large grey door next to the entrance steps; use the gold key. This is the bin store.
Return keys to the lock box and take a picture of the keys back inside the box for security reasons. Send the photo to the message thread.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Proof of identification is required for insurance purposes.
