The Space:
Welcome to this modern 40 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Goodge Street in the heart of Fitzrovia. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private balcony — smoking is not allowed on the balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has floor heating (electric thermostat) throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment and the balcony are non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
PLEASE NOTE THAT RENOVATION WORK IN THE NEAREST BUILDING HAS ALREADY BEGUN AND IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR APPROXIMATELY 2-3 MONTHS. WHILE WE ARE MAKING EVERY EFFORT TO MINIMIZE ANY INCONVENIENCE, THERE MAY BE SOME NOISE AND CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY IN THE COMMON AREAS DURING THIS TIME.

Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Goodge Street underground stations are all within minutes, giving superb connections across the city.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, mainly thanks to its fantastic location. Just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest metro station and close to countless restaurants, cafés, and small shops, it’s also within walking distance of Soho, Chinatown, and landmarks like the British Museum. Despite being so central, the area felt calm, safe, and family-friendly. Self-check-in was simple and convenient, and the hosts were attentive to our needs. Do note that there are a lot of narrow stairs, so it’s not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. That aside, it’s a charming, well-located base for exploring London.
