Close to Montgo National Park, the property is within a short drive to Javea's Historic Old Town and within a 15 minute drive of the Port and Arenal. In the opposite direction, and within a 10minute drive, is La Sella Golf course and Spa, plus the pretty market Town, Jesus Pobre..



With three double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top floor, and a further two double rooms with a shared shower room on the independent ground floor*, Casa Banyan draws guests in with its calming palette of white washed walls, beach wood furniture and neutral soft furnishings. *Please note that in order to access bedroom 5 downstairs, it is necessary to first pass through bedroom 4. Ideal for families and children, not so for older couples.



Outside guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to where to entertain themselves. A covered seating area off the main lounge is perfect for reading or taking in the gardens, and at the end of the pool a large, covered sofa area is ideal for post dinner drinks, or card games by the pool. Outside the kitchen an equally large space offers a wonderful family size dining table for meals 'al fresco'.

This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.

2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.
