Great location

Great location near groceries, restaurants, bars, and transportation. No hanging rod for clothes. Shower leaked for hours after use, but they provided towels to manage leak.

This is an excellent location, a very short walk to public transport and groceries. The apartment is lovely and well furnished. There are a few bugs to be worked out: the doors are VERY difficult to open (it took my husband slamming his full weight into the door to get it to open) and the lights above the kitchen area do not work (I had to use a flashlight). The description lists a washer and drier, renters should be aware that the drier is a collapsing drying rack. Also, there is no lift so luggage must be carried up 43 steep, twisting steps. It’s great exercise, but if this is a problem for you, choose a different apartment. Still, we were glad we chose this VRBO.

Didn't live up to their promises

The location of this property is excellent. Everything is nearby. The apartment is large and drab and two floors up with circular stairwell and no elevator. The tv did not have any reception because there was no mechanism to connect it to any station. We mentioned that multiple times, as well as the fact that the light in the toilet area was not working, We stayed there 2 weeks and mentioned these things multiple times, over many days and all we got back were boilerplate promises that they were looking into it - no luck and obviously no intention of helping. They were extremely polite but......

Check in war kompliziert!!! Schlüsselloch ist zu hoch angebracht, so dass man die Zahlen nicht sieht!Am meisten hat der Baustellenlärm gestört, ab 7;30 Uhr ging der Presslufthammer los…ab da konnte man nicht mehr schlafen da das Schlafzimmer zur Straße liegt.Beide Fernseher waren auch nicht intakt und mussten erst von einem Techniker instand gesetzt werden.Eine Info zur Mülltrennung und Entsorgung hat komplett gefehlt. Wofür gibt man seine Anreisezeit an und dann ist doch Niemand vor Ort!!!Mir wurde eine Reduzierung angeboten, da es nicht die gewünschte Wohnung direkt in der Innenstadt war, dieses wurde nicht gewährt.Positiv war, dass die Wohnung sehr schön großzügig und gut ausgestattet ist.

Idealer Ort

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen in Fussdistanz zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zudem nahe der Trambahn und U-Bahn. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig - ausser abends bis nach Mitternacht, wenn in den vielen Bars die Gäste draussen sind.
