LOFT 107 - VATICAN CITY/ S. PETER

From a street nearby St. Peter Cathedral, through a small door on the street, you go into a space where the astonishing effect is assured. Whoever chooses this accomodation will comfortably live in an open-space of 120 square meters, divided in two levels (street level and courtyard level), where entrance, lounge, kitchen and night accomodation, come together in a "single large space" (only the bathrooms are internal). Two large arched windows lead to a small condominium courtyard. The space has just been renovated. You will find an oasis of peace and tranquility in the city centre. A funny detail, the metal staircase connecting the two floors was retrieved from the disposal of a real boat. The Loft is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, electric water heater, washing machine, WiFi, 40 inch Tv, Netflix, iron, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances.

The loft provided so much beautiful comfortable space to relax and unwind after enjoying all the city has to offer. So wonderful to have the fabulously equipped kitchen with all the appliances and tools to make your own meal that you can easily purchase from the close-by supermarket - should you desire while enjoying a glass of wine at the table or counter or out on the private terrace. Two separate bathrooms with rain shower faucets allow for a nice soaking cleanse. Super convenient to the Metro and Vatican City. Highly recommend a stay here if you are lucky enough to secure a vacancy during your stay in Roma! Thank you so very much Marco and Fabienne!!

Perfect Loft!

Loft 107 was exactly what we were looking for! The check in process was excellent! Marco and his wife met us there and walked us through everything we needed to know about our stay. They recommended restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.The location was is excellent. Outside of the main tourist attractions but a short walk to the metro and some really good restaurants!The loft is spacious and extremely clean. We highly recommend this for any family looking for a place to spread out and relax after a long day of sight seeing!

Wonderful discovery

Marco’s loft is an absolute find! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, great light. It is a short walk to the Vatican and located in a gorgeous neighbourhood with lots of local restaurants and cafes (not tourist traps). I would highly recommend this spot.

There’s no place like Rome

We travel to Rome every year and this was the very best apartment we’ve stayed in. Marco and Fabienne are the most incredible, personable and helpful hosts and made our stay in their beautiful apartment even more special. I simply can’t recommend this apartment more - it’s perfect and the location is perfect as well. Our memories of Rome are made better because of this place and the hosts.

Home away from home.

We recently stayed in Loft 107 for three nights. The loft itself is wonderful - beautifully decorated, well equipped and comfortable. It is located in the Prati district which is far enough from the crowds to provide a welcome oasis at the end of the day, but close enough by foot or Metro to everything you want to see. However, the best thing about staying at Loft 107 was our hosts, Fabienne and Marco, who made our stay easy and a real pleasure. We wouldn't stay anywhere else on our next visit to Rome.

Wonderful guest hosts

5+ Stars...We love the loft and its location. Marco and his wife Fabienne were fabulous guest hosts. My husband got ill during our stay and Fabienne arranged for a doctor to come by the loft to attend to my husband. To me that is going above and beyond. We highly recommend the loft and we can't wait to come back and stay again. Thank you Marco and Fabienne for making our trip a memorable one.

Unforgettable!

From the moment our charming host, Marco ushered us through the tiny door on the sidewalk, we were dazzled by Loft 107! The space was full of artful surprises, thoughtful design ideas and wonderful amenities. Comfortable beds, couches and chairs, (and blankets!) great showers, a fabulous, modern kitchen and magical outdoor space. The brilliant layout of levels offered privacy with 4 of us, while maintaining a great communal feeling. All this, AND such a warm and genuine welcome by Marco and Fabienne - who made us laugh and gave us such great guidance for our first, but hopefully not last trip to glorious Rome! We actually felt homesick when we left!

WOW.

From the moment we were greeted by our friendly hosts Marco and Fabienne our stay at Loft 107 was fantastic. The apartment was exactly what was shown on the website. The apartment was very clean, a well equipped kitchen and outdoor space. We were close to the Metro, supermarket and the Vatican. Marco and Fabienne recommended a local pizza retaurant to try and it was great. We will definitely stay at Loft 107 again and highly recommend it to family and friends travelling to Roma. Fantastico.

Delightful apartment with equally delightful owners! Thank you Marco and Fabuenne for making our stay in your beautiful city so enjoyable. We had a great time. The loft has everything you need. So warm and welcoming and right near the Vatican. Our family loved the area and we walked everywhere! Even the weather was kind to us and strolling around in the evening looking at the Christmas lights and decorations was an absolute pleasure. We didn’t even want to eat out and spent later in the evenings cooking and enjoying delicious wine. What a lovely place to relax and plan the next day! Thank you both again.... we will be back!

Fabulous!

The apartment is huge and absolutely gorgeous! The photos are wonderful, but hardly do it justice. We felt so at home here, we didn't want to leave. We wouldn't change anything! The location is perfect...close to everything. Marco and Fabienne have done a marvelous job with the decor and in thoughtfully providing everything needed for your stay. They are wonderfully kind people and we have 2 awesome new friends from this experience. They give brilliant recommendations for restaurants and shopping and made sure we wanted for nothing. Magnificent loft in the heart of Rome!

Everything you may have read about this amazing loft in the heart of Rome is true and then some! The loft is a treasure hidden behind a small wooden door less than a twenty minute walk to Vatican City. My sister and I stayed for seven nights as we toured Rome and the Italian Open Tennis Tournament. We have stayed in many different rental properties over the past 15 years and this loft is tied for first place. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and of course very knowledgeable about the city. They gave us a detailed tour of their beautiful property and made us girls from Northern Ontario feel right at home. The loft has everything you need for a relaxing stay and the space is so thoughtfully designed and decorated it is obvious that care and comfort are key components. The loft is close to Vatican City, markets, many top tourist attractions and cafes, restaurants, shopping etc… Public transportation is one block away. All appliances are high end and in good working condition. The small courtyard is peaceful and private. The beds are very comfortable and both bathrooms well stocked and very clean. The dining and living space are cohesive and again decorated beautifully with antiques and artworks. You will NOT be disappointed if you and your friends/family rent this incredible space for a memorable visit to this iconic city. Thank you!

This was an excellent property and in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the metro, 10-15 minute walk to the Vatican, and many restaurant and grocery options near by. This property was perfect for our family of five, it’s very spacious and quiet. As well, Marco was an excellent host, very friendly and provided us with a lot of very useful information for stay. We highly recommend booking property for your stay in Rome!

Stylish Loft

What a cool space! The loft is a converted commercial space on the lower level of a residential building and the design and decorating are modern and unique. The master bedroom window is at street level, so we ended up sleeping in the lower bedroom and that worked out well for us. We couldn't have picked a better neighborhood - so close to the Vatican, lively but not too busy. Having access to a washing machine was a real plus too. Marco was a wonderful host - he met us for check-in, provided the info we needed and tips on dining, transportation, etc.

We loved everything about this amazing apartment! Stylish, fun, spacious and classy! So easy to get to just through a door on the Main Street and close to the metro. Comfortable spaces for sitting, eating and multiple comfortable beds for a restful stay. It even has an outside patio off the kitchen! We used the kitchen and found everything we needed. Marco was delightful and met us and gave us lots of valuable information. Loved being near the Vatican.

A Very Special Place

We returned to this property because it is perfection. The accommodations, the hosts, the proximity to wonderful restaurants and patisseries, with public transportation right at the corner, make this place an absolute gem. The apartment is lovely: the outdoor space and the beautifully appointed details make it tempting to just stay and relax, but Rome beckons! And when you have explored her many treasures, the apartment welcomes you back home at the end of the day. Perfetto!

Solo puedo dar gracias por tan amable acogida. Perfect Getaway

Marco and Fabienne were fabulous hosts. Our train arrived early and we got lost trying to find their place. They were very patient with us as our GPS was not working. The apartment was so much better than the pictures online! Their attention to detail was incredible - they are both amazingly creative! We especially enjoyed the garden space. The location was convenient and the nearby restaurants were wonderful! Rome was our 1st stop on a 2 week week tour of Italy. What a great way to begin our adventures in Italy!
